Soccer: Wear AYSO jersey, get half off Pan-Pac. ticket

Advertiser Staff

Members of the American Youth Soccer Organization who wear their AYSO jerseys on game day will receive a 50 percent discount for tickets to the Pan-Pacific Championships at Aloha Stadium.

Seating will be in a special "Family Section" in the North End Zone of the stadium for both doubleheader matches today and Saturday.

The tickets, normally priced at $30, will be reduced to $15 as part of the tournament's community discount initiatives. Members of AYSO and their families are to look for the specially designated windows at the Aloha Stadium box office on the day of game to purchase tickets.

The Pan-Pacific Soccer Championships, an international tournament showcasing David Beckham and Hawai'i's Brian Ching, features the Los Angeles Galaxy and Houston Dynamo of Major League Soccer, and teams from Japan (Gamba, Osaka) and Australia.

Today, the Galaxy plays Osaka at 6 p.m., followed by the Dynamo vs. a Hyundai A-League Representative at 8:30 p.m.

Matches Saturday also are at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
