Kristen Corrales scored a game-high 13 points as Kailua defeated Seabury Hall, 43-28, last night in the first round of the Hawaiian Airlines/HHSAA Girls Basketball Division II State Championships at 'Aiea High.

Ashley Jacobs added 10 points for the Surfriders (10-4) of the O'ahu Interscholastic Association.

Taylor Rudow led the Spartans (10-4) of the Maui Interscholastic League with seven points.
