Two local firms win Navy contract for roof repairs

Advertiser Staff

Allied Pacific Builders Inc. of Honolulu and David's Custom Roofing and Painting Inc. of Pearl City have received a U.S. Navy contract for roof repairs and maintenance at facilities on O'ahu.

The agreement covers work to be completed in the next year, though the contract may continue into 2013 because there are options to extend it. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command awarded the contract that could be worth up to $20 million.
