A 21-year-old man awaiting trial at the O'ahu Community Correctional Center was charged today with breaking into the Kailua residence of his ex-girlfriend last September.

Aaron M. Sharpe was charged with first-degree burglary. His bail is $11,000.

Sharpe allegedly entered the 22-year-old woman's residence at 4 p.m. Sept. 5 and pushed her down several times causing injury, police said.
