WYATT IN THE HOUSE

MIDNITE AT PIPELINE

The veteran roots reggae band Midnite performs at 9 p.m. March 6 at Pipeline Cafe. Isle fave Ooklah the Moc also is featured at the concert, which is for those 18 and older.

ROMANCE AND RACISM

The award-winning play "The Romance of Magno Rubio" makes it Hawai'i premiere as a production of Kumu Kahua, March 13-April 13.

Issues of race and politics fill the tale of a Filipino laborer who may or may not have found true love. Kati Kuroda directs.
