A 32-year-old man is in serious condition at The Queen's Medical Center after suffering lacerations during an assault early this morning.

Police said they received the assault call at 2:53 a.m. at 1338 Young St., a karaoke bar.

No suspect information has been released. Police are investigating the incident. Initial reports are a knife was used to and the victim was stabbed, or cut, in the chest area.
