Most rainfall will be over the Big Island today

The remnants of a dissipated storm front will bring clouds and showers over the southern and windward sides of the Big Island today, the National Weather Service said.

The rest of the Hawaiian Islands can expect light winds with mostly sunny skies.

Today: Sunny, with a high near 80. Southwest wind around 10 mph.

Tonight: Isolated showers after midnight. Partly cloudy, with a low around 64. Northeast wind around 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Wednesday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 80. Southwest wind around 6 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Wednesday night: Mostly clear, with a low around 66. East wind around 11 mph.

Thursday: Isolated showers after noon. Partly cloudy, with a high near 80. East wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Thursday night: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 66. East wind around 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.

Friday: Isolated showers. Partly cloudy, with a high near 80. South wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
