Live 'Aloha Shorts' taping at Atherton Sunday

The next live taping session for KIPO's original spoken story program Aloha Shorts has been scheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday in Atherton Performing Arts Studio. The studio audience is welcome, and seating is free. However, reservations are suggested and may be made by calling 955-8821.

Program host Cedric Yamanaka, who will introduce Ginger Gohier reading Aria Soyama's "Confessions of a Porn Store Clerk," Nara Cardenas reading D. Mahealani Dudoit's "My Father's Garden," and Keith Kashiwada reading poetry by Wing Tek Lum.

Live music will be performed by singer-songwriter-arranger-producer Vergel Jepas.
