Honolulu Fire Department rescue specialists tonight assisted in bringing out two lost hikers from the Kuli'ou'ou hiking area in East Honolulu.

HFD spokesman Capt. Earle Kealoha said the department helicopter transported a firefighter to the location of the hikers at about 5:30 p.m. and that they were brought out at 6:25 p.m. No serious injuries were reported.
