Police early today issued an all-points bulletin to patrol units on a 78-year-old woman who failed to return home yesterday to her Kaneaki Street home in Wai'anae.

Julia Alvarez requires heart medication. She is 4-feet-11 and weighs 110 pounds. Alvarez is wearing black sweat pants, a white shirt and maroon sweater.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call 911.
