Collision may slow westbound H-1 flow in Halawa

H-1 Freeway westbound traffic may be slowed by a motor vehicle collision near the Halawa on-ramp at the start of today's afternoon rush hour at 4 p.m.
The collision was reported at 3:55 p.m.
There was another collision on Kapi'olani Boulevard near the Mercedes-Benz dealership, and there were stalled vehicles at Kanunu and Ke'eaumoku streets and at the H-1 and H-2 westbound interchange.
