The Hawai'i Speed and Quickness clinics continue with sessions Saturday and Sunday at the University of Hawai'i athletic complex.

The sessions are available for all ages, and will be conducted 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

In-person registration takes place 30 minutes prior to each session.

For $10, each participant receives instruction from elite athletes and food coupons.
