Owner of planned Hawaii biodisel plant pulls IPO

Imperium Renewables Inc., a Seattle-based company planning to build a $91 million biodiesel plant at Kalaeloa Harbor, said it was delaying its plans for a initial public offering and has withdrawn its registration statement at the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said it determined current market conditions were not right to pursue the IPO and that it was looking forward to building on last year's success.
