Task force to push early-education programs in Hawaii

The Early Childhood Education Task Force today will recommend more state funding for early-education programs to help Hawai'i's children.The group said its recommendations would result in Hawai'i's first comprehensive statewide early-education system.
The task force will present its recommendations at 2 p.m. in conference room 309 at the State Capitol.
