Hawaii stock index tumbles on joblessness news

The Bloomberg-Honolulu Advertiser Hawai'i Index fell for a sixth straight trading session as markets were shook by an unfavorable national unemployment report. All issues in the index fell.The 11-member stock index dropped 3.05 points to 88.68,.
Decliners were led by Alexander & Baldwin Inc., which was off $1.62, or 3.3 percent, to $47.78. Bank of Hawaii fell $1.31 to $26.44, a drop of 4.7 percent.
