Maryknoll edges Saint Louis, 44-42

Richard Herring made a layup at the buzzer as Maryknoll edged Saint Louis, 44-42, last night at Damien in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu boys basketball Division I opener for both teams.

Herring finished with 13 points and Ross Lum added 10 for Maryknoll.

Cole Shidaki scored 12 points and Micah McClinton added 11 for Saint Louis.
