Man arrested in Kalihi with unregistered gun

Charges are pending against a 22-year-old man arrested late last night in Kalihi for a allegedly being in possession of an unregistered firearm.Alexander Devon Presher is being held by police on a $5,000 probation-revocation warrant while being investigated for being a convicted criminal in possession of a firearm and fourth-degree promotion of a harmful drug.
Presher was arrested fronting 184 North King St. at 11:02 p.m. by police investigating complaints of a man with a gun. A witness detained Presher for police.
Presher allegedly was in possession of a 9mm pistol, police said.
