Qantas raises fuel surcharge on Hawaii flights

Qantas said it will raise its fuel surcharge on flights to Hawai'i and other international destinations because of surging fuel prices. The new surcharge will be effective on tickets on or after Jan. 17.The carrier said the surcharge for tickets between Australia and Hawai'i will rise to $120 Australian (U.S. $105.52).
The surcharge has been $105 Australian, or $92.33 in U.S. dollars.
