Assault arrest stems from Kahuku traffic dispute

A 43-year-old Kahuku man was arrested last night by police on suspicion of striking another man during an argument over a traffic incident.The complainant, 23, suffered a fractured jaw, police said.
The incident occurred in front of 56-470 Kamehameha Highway at 11:30 p.m.
According to Hawai'i Criminal Justice Data Center records, the suspect has 20 prior convictions.
