Hawaii index rises for first time in four days

The Bloomberg-Honolulu Advertiser Hawai'i Index rose for the first time in four days, led by Maui Land & Pineapple.The 11-member stock index climbed 0.57 points points to 86.42, as six issues rose and four declined. One was unchanged.
Maui Land's shares rose 99 cents, or 3.5 percent, to $28.98.
Bank of Hawaii shares increased 67 cents to $46.17.
