Costco's December same-store sales rose 7%

Costco Wholesale Corp. reported December sales at stores open at least a year rose 7 percent, helped by gasoline purchases and strong international sales gains.The company said U.S. domestic sales grew by 5 percent. Costco operates 529 warehouse-style stores, the highest grossing of which is located in Honolulu. International sales grew by 16 percent.
