Kaneohe-bound H-3 lanes closed near tunnel

Only the right and shoulder eastbound lanes of the H-3 Freeway near the Harano Tunnel are open to traffic today heading into the start of afternoon rush-hour traffic at 4 p.m.Workers are cleaning debris on the roadway left by an accident at 3:37 p.m. involving a large delivery truck.
Police report no other major roadway problems.
