Advertiser Staff

A 29-year-old man being held at O'ahu Community Correctional Center was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The offenses against Malufafo T. Vito, 29, were allegedly committed in 2007. His bail is $75,000.

Vito's arraignment at Circuit Court is scheduled for Thursday.

Vito is at OCCC awaiting trial for other charges. He was recently identified as a suspect in the Nov. 27 home invasion robbery in Ma'ili.
