Kalihi murder suspect indicted

A 40-year-old man accused of killing his wife was indicted today by an O'ahu grand jury for second-degree murder.The indictment supercedes the scheduled preliminary hearing tomorrow for Roy William Hartsock, who is being held at O'ahu Community Correctional Center in lieu of $1 million bail.
Hartsock will be arraigned at a yet-to-be-determined date at Circuit Court.
Hartsock was charged Friday with fatally stabbing his wife, Jenny T. Hartsock, Thursday night at their Gulick Avenue apartment building in Kalihi.
