Charges pending in Waikiki sex assault

A 25-year-old man arrested yesterday on suspicion he sexually assaulted a woman last April in Waikiki was still in police custody tonight but not yet charged.A woman, 23, told police the alleged attack occurred at 6:30 a.m. on April 21 after she accompanied the man to an office to get a charger for her iPod.
The suspect was arrested at 2232 Kalakaua Ave. yesterday at 2 p.m.
