NFL: Giants-Cowboys game draws big TV audience

NEW YORK — The New York Giants' upset of the Dallas Cowboys drew the most viewers for an NFL divisional playoff game in 11 years.New York's 21-17 win Sunday on Fox was watched by 40.1 million people. It was the largest audience for this round since 42.7 million viewers tuned into the Cowboys-Carolina Panthers game Jan. 5, 1997.
