Silent march today for Kalihi stabbing victim

Advertiser Staff

A silent march is being held at 5:30 p.m. today in honor of Jenny T. Hartsock, 39, who was stabbed to death last week in Kalihi.

Hartsock is survived by her three children.

The Hawai'i State Coalition Against Domestic Violence is among the organizers of silent marches for victims of domestic abuse.

The march starts on the Beretania Street side of the State Capitol. It is open to the public.

Roy William Hartsock has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
