Visiting rabbi to lead Big Island retreat

Congregation Kona Beth Shalom is holding a weekend 'Shabbaton' with Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi and his wife, Eve Ilsen,0 Feb. 15-17 at Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort in Kona.
The weekend will include services; afternoon workshops; a Saturday evening Havdalah celebration followed by an evening of storytelling and music; Sunday morning sessions and an evening discussion of inner spirituality and connectedness with ancestors.
Cost: $300 (lodging extra).
The couple founded the Jewish Renewal Movement and Spiritual Eldering.
