SpinFest marathon Jan. 25 to aid Epilepsy Foundation

The fourth annual SpinFest, a 12-hour stationary cycling marathon, will be held from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Jan. 25 at the Honolulu Club at 932 Ward Ave.The event, hosted by cycling instructor and multisport trainer Raul "Boca" Torres, is open to Honolulu Club members as well as the public, with a suggested donation of $20 per hour. Corporate team sponsorships are also available; entertainment and prizes will be available, too.
Proceeds will support the Epilepsy Foundation.

SpinFest is a prelude to Sharon's Ride, an annual national outdoor bike-run-walk fundraiser for the Epilepsy Foundation, set for Jan. 27 at Kapi'olani Community College. To register, call 528-3058.
