Hours to change at Big Island driver's license offices

The automobile registration and driver's license offices in Hilo and Kona will be changing their hours effective Feb. 1.The new hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. The current hours, 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, will remain in effect through Jan. 31
The Hilo vehicle registration office office is located at 101 Pauahi St., Suite #5 and the Kona office is located at 75-5751 Kuakini Highway, Suite #107.
The Hilo driver's license office is at the Hawai'i Police Department at 349 Kapiolani St., while the Kona office is located at 75-5722 Hanama Place. For information, call 808-961-2222 in Hilo and 808-327-3580 in Kona.
