COLDWELL BANKER PACIFIC PROPERTIES

Scott Wong has been appointed assistant area office leader for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties' Waikiki office, responsible for mentoring and motivating more than 60 sales associates.

TERRITORIAL SAVINGS BANK

Territorial Savings Bank has announced three promotions:

Carl Kim has been appointed executive loan officer in the mortgage department. A Punahou graduate, he previously was with City Bank, Bank of Hawaii and First Hawaiian Bank.

Also appointed executive loan officer in the mortgage division is Elizabeth Lee. Also a Punahou graduate, she previously was with Ameritech Mortgage and Abe Lee Realty.

Both Kim and Lee will be responsible for originating residential and income property mortgage loans.

Lisa Yasuhara has been appointed branch manager for the Kapahulu branch. She will handle branch operations and residential mortgage loan production. She previously was with Hawaiian Tel FCU, American Savings Bank and First Hawaiian Bank.

KCCN-FM

VERONICA YAMAGATA has been named local sales manager for KCCN-FM 100, a Cox Radio station in Honolulu.

BROOKFIELD HOMES HAWAI'I

Brookfield Homes Hawai'i has named Jason Hodge vice president of sales, responsible for all aspects of sales from prospect management to the customer experience. Hodge will be accountable for four distinct Brookfield neighborhoods on the islands of Kaua'i, the Big Island and O'ahu.
