An attorney with experience in elder law will give a presentation on organizing a family's legal affairs from 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Kapolei Public Library's second-floor adult fiction area.

Conducting the talk will be attorney Scott Suzuki, a volunteer with the University of Hawai'i at Manoa 's Elder Law Program.

Suzuki will discuss topics such as advanced healthcare directives, power of attorney, trusts, living wills, Medicare and Medicaid. He will also take questions.

Call the library at 693-7050 as soon as possible if a sign language interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.
