Speed & Quickness camp today and tomorrow

The Hawai'i Speed and Quickness clinics continue with sessions Saturday and Sunday at the University of Hawai'i athletic complex.The sessions are available for all ages, and will be conducted 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
In-person registration takes place 30 minutes prior to each session.
For $10, each participant receives instruction from elite athletes and food coupons.
