Firefighters sent to aid swimmer in Ala Wai Canal

Firefighters and a Fire Department rescue team have been sent to the intersection of Ala Wai Boulevard and McCully Street in response to a report of a swimmer in distress in the Ala Wai Canal.Crews were sent out on the call about 4:10 a.m.
No other informatioin was immediately available.
