State and county offices: Closed.
Federal offices: Closed.
Mail: All post offices closed; no postal delivery.

TheBus: On a state holiday schedule; express bus and Route 9 service into Pearl Harbor Naval Base will not operate (service will terminate at Center Drive and Nimitz Highway).
