Memorial service set for toddler Cyrus Belt

Cyrus Nainoa Tupa'i Belt will be laid to rest at Nuuanu Memorial Park Thursday at 6 p.m.
The ceremony is open to the public. Visitation begins at 5 p.m. and the service will be held at 6 p.m.
