Kalihi store owner stabbed; suspect arrested

A store owner was stabbed in the arm tonight during a robbery attempt in Kalihi.

The incident occurred at Corner Market, at 517 N. Vineyard Blvd. near Mayor Wright Homes, shortly after 8 p.m.

Police arrested a 24-year-old man at 8:22 p.m. in a parking lot at 649 N. Vineyard Blvd. on suspicion of second-degree assault.
