Bishop Museum film fest to celebrate hula

The Bishop Museum will kick off a film festival next month to celebrate hula.

The festival will run through November, showcasing a new movie every month along with other events.

The films will be presented at the Atherton Halau at the Bishop Museum on Tuesday nights once a month.

Admission is $5.

Because of limited seating, reservations are recommended.

The first screening will be Feb. 12.
