The Building Industry Association of Hawaii's really big show is continuing through tomorrow with more than 130 contractors, suppliers, experts and others — all hoping to grab your attention as you consider the many ways to repair or beautify your home.

Will it be new ceramic tile? Wood flooring? New kitchen cabinets or appliances? Landscaping? Paint? Furniture and accessories? Storage?

Seminars, anyone?

  • 11 a.m. to noon today: HECO's "Energy Efficiency Programs for a Greener Home"

  • 5 to 6 p.m. today: "Feng Shui for Your Home"

  • 7 to 8 p.m. today: "Kitchen and Bath Remodel Basics"

  • 1 to 2:30 p.m. tomorrow: "Make Your House a Home for a Lifetime" (designing for older Americans)

    New products are also part of the attraction. Among them: a wood pedestal/stone sink combination at Cabinet Art Inc.; indoor/outdoor slate water fountains at Tropical Serenity; and "green" plant pots at 1st look interiors.
