Authorities seeking Laumaka escapee

Police are looking for an escapee from the Laumaka Work Furlough Program who failed to return to the facility last night.Harry Bert Loughmiller Jr., 32, is wanted for second-degree escape. Police were notified of Loughmiller's escape by state Department of Public Safety officials at 8 p.m.
Loughmiller has seven prior convictions, according to Hawai'i Criminal Justice Data Center records.
