Waipahu man released in attempted-murder probe

A 20-year-old Waipahu man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder for allegedly twice driving a pickup truck at a man in Wahiawa was released pending further investigation last night after being questioned by police.The 47-year-old male complainant was not injured. The incident on Cypress Avenue was reported to police at 7:55 p.m.
