Laumaka escapee surrenders to police in Kalihi

An escapee from the Laumaka Work Furlough Program voluntarily surrendered to police today at Gulick Avenue and Wilcox Lane in Kalihi.Harry Bert Loughmiller Jr., 32, was booked for second-degree escape at 2:05 p.m.
Loughmiller failed to return to the facility and was classified as an escapee at 8 p.m. Saturday.
