Road to Haleakala summit reopened

HALEAKALA NATIONAL PARK, Hawai'i — The road to the summit of Haleakala has reopened after being closed earlier in the day because of ice and high winds.The summit includes Haleakala Crater and is popular with visitors who arrive early in the morning to watch the colorful sunrise.
