H-1 lanes in West Oahu reopened

All H-1 Freeway lanes in the area of the Kunia offramp were reopened at 4:45 p.m., according to state Department of Transportation spokesman Scott Ishikawa.Only one westbound lane and the shoulder were open to motorist at 3:45 p.m. due to a jack-knifed trailer truck on the freeway a half-mile west of the Kunia offramp.
