High-surf advisory for Oahu's east-facing shores

A high-surf advisory remains in effect today for all east-facing shores, the National Weather Service said.Forecaster John Bravender said tradewind swells, 6-8 feet, on east shores will continue into the weekend. The NWS forecast on the north shore today is for 6 feet to 8 feet surf and 3 feet to 5 feet on west shores.
