Tomas del Amo's photos at Chinatown Courtyard Feb. 1

Advertiser Staff

Tomás del Amo, whose photography has been seen for decades on the covers of magazines, ads and brochures for virtually every airline, cruise line, and hotel chain in Hawaii, will return to show new work in the historic Mendonca Building's Chinatown Courtyard, 1126 Smith St., for the February One Night Stand, 5 to 9 p.m. tomorrow.

Tropically-themed works by Edgardo Garcia II will also be on display.

Rounding out the evening are artists from GroundUP, which is an artists' collaborative. GroundUP Pirates are a collective of independent artists from various genres, including paintings, ceramics, photography, music, DJs, poetry, fashion, and other elements of personal expression.

Enter the Chinatown Courtyard on Smith Street through the Blue Dragon Gate and watch for the lion to make his dramatic appearance. This event is free and open to the public.
