Kakaako eatery lists Fat Tuesday menu

To mark Fat Tuesday next week, alligator andouille, a New Orleans-style sausage, will be top dog at Hank's Haute Dogs in Kaka'ako.The upscale wiener, augmented by a tomato-onion relish and horseradish cream, will put a bit of fire to those seeking a taste of Mardi Gras.
