PEARL CITY
Volunteers can help clean Komo Mai Drive

Volunteers are invited to participate in removing litter and waste along Komo Mai Drive on Saturday as part of the city's Adopt-a-Block program.

Volunteers will meet at 7:30 a.m. at the bus stop across from Leeward Community Church.

Adopt-a-Block gives residents an opportunity to help maintain a litter-free neighborhood and is designed to educate the public about the proper disposal of waste and recyclables. Volunteers help keep the environment free of trash that could end up littering the streets, which drain directly into the ocean.
