Surf: 3 to 5 feet again today on south shores

Advertiser Staff

Surf along the south-facing shores of Oahu will continue at 3 to 5 feet today with locally higher sets, the National Weather Service said.

Elsewhere, the surf is expected to be 2 to 4 feet along east- and north-facing shores and 1-3 along west-facing shores.

Outlook through Tuesday, July 8: The small north-northeast swell that arrived Wednesday night will last through Friday. The small south swell will linger through the weekend then dissipate Sunday night. Another south swell will roll in early next week. Surf along east-facing shores will gradually increase over the weekend as trade winds strengthen.
