• Mail: All post offices closed; no home or business delivery.

• TheBus: Operating on a Sunday schedule. Express bus information: 848-5555.

• TheBoat: Regular schedule.

• Handi-Vans: Operating.

• On-street parking: Free, except for metered stalls on Kalakaua Avenue along Kapi'olani Park; holiday tow-away zone parking as permitted by sign; meters in municipal lots must be fed.

• Traffic: No coning.

• Parks, recreation centers, municipal golf courses, botanical gardens and Honolulu Zoo: Open.

• Trash: Regular rubbish pickup.

• Landfills/refuse transfer stations: Open.

• People's Open Markets: Closed.

• Banks: Closed.
